Rated for pressure. Built for corrosive media.
Where brass reaches its limit — aggressive fluids, elevated pressure, washdown cycles — 316 SS holds. Dimensional tolerances and material data are tabulated below for direct spec cross-reference.

Macro and angled studio shots at full resolution. Every image is lit for dimensional clarity, not atmosphere — evaluate thread form, wall uniformity, and finish grade before you order.

NPT and BSP configurations
Standard and heavy-wall options
Rated to 3000 psi at 850°F
Standard wall: 0.065" (1.65 mm). Heavy wall: 0.095" (2.41 mm). Heavy-wall variants rated for higher wake frequency and turbulent media without dimensional sacrifice.
316 SS retains structural integrity at sustained elevated temperature. Pressure rating de-rates above 600°F per ASME B31.3 — consult the full P-T table for your operating window.
Available in ½" NPT, ¾" NPT, and ½" BSP. All threads machined to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 tolerance class. Verify thread form against your fitting before ordering.
