Brass or stainless — specified for your environment
Each line is engineered for distinct thermal and chemical conditions. Pick the material that matches your process, not the one that ships fastest.

Select your material
High conductivity for fast thermal response
Corrosion resistance under sustained pressure
Brass sleeves minimize thermal lag in applications where sensor speed matters. Suited for moderate-pressure, non-corrosive process media up to 250 °C.
316L stainless construction handles aggressive media, high-pressure ratings, and elevated temperatures without dimensional distortion or surface degradation.
Three factors that determine the right sleeve
Conductivity drives lag
Wall strength at temperature
Standard threads, no custom fab
Brass conducts heat roughly three times faster than stainless. Where response time is the constraint, brass eliminates the lag stainless introduces.
Stainless sleeves maintain rated wall strength at elevated temperatures. Brass pressure ratings drop above 200 °C — check the datasheet before specifying.
Both lines ship with NPT and BSP threading options dimensioned to fit standard sensor housings without adapter fittings or field modification.
